In the Early Summer of 2009 the road to the top of Double Peak in San Elijo was completed. Since then local cyclists have been using the Twin Oaks / Double Peak roads to get their local hill training in. Double Peak Time for Ryan Dahl

We have a new "published" time for the Double Peak Dr time trial---19.47 by Ryan Dahl. If you don't know the course---start at the 45mph sign @ Melrose Dr and San Elijo Rd, climb SER and turn left on Double Peak, finish @ very top parking lot. Give it a shot!

Brian K and Mike T

This idea started with Brian K and Mike T discussion their times for riding up to Double Peak from each side of Twin Oaks. Mike starting from San Elijo and Brian starting from CSSM.
Times:
Twin Oaks Blvd to Parking lot on top of Double Peak
Mike T - 7:02

San Elijo and Melrose to top of Double Peak
Brian K - 18:21

So where are the Start / Stop points? Obviously the Stop is the top of Double Peak. But where do the climbs start....
